ONWIZE ARTIST COLLAB OPEN CALL
PARTICIPATION & RIGHTS TRANSFER AGREEMENT**
This agreement is entered into between ONWIZE and the designer (“Participant”) who applies to the Artist Collab Tape Collection Open Call, under the terms and conditions set forth below.
By submitting an application to this Open Call, the Participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.

1. Scope of the Open Call
ONWIZE is organizing an open call for the creation of one (1) PET tape design suitable for serial production.
• Product: 1 roll tape
• Technical size: 7 cm x 2 meters
• Delivery format: PDF or AI
• Print-ready digital file
• Theme & style: Free

2. Participation Requirements
• Participation is free of charge.
• Only individuals 18 years of age or older may participate.
• The Participant declares that the submitted design is entirely original, created by themselves, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Any plagiarism, unauthorized use, or intellectual property violation shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

3. Evaluation & Selection Process
• The ONWIZE team will select 10 finalist designs from all submissions.
• From these 10 designs, 3 winning designs will be chosen by the ONWIZE team.
• The final ranking (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) among these three designs will be determined by a public vote via ONWIZE’s social media channels.
ONWIZE reserves full discretion in the evaluation process. The results are final and not subject to appeal.

4. Prizes
For the Top 3 Designers:
• USD 250 ONWIZE Gift Card
• Production of the selected design
• Inclusion in an ONWIZE collection
• “Designed by _” credit on the product
• Promotion via ONWIZE social media and communication channels
• Opportunity for future collaboration with ONWIZE (non-binding)
For the remaining 7 finalists:
• 20% discount coupon

5. Intellectual Property & Rights Transfer
For the Top 3 Designs:
• The Participant grants ONWIZE the exclusive right to produce, reproduce, sell, market, advertise, and promote the selected design for a period of one (1) year.
• During this period, the design may be used only by ONWIZE.
• The Participant waives any right to claim additional compensation beyond the prizes listed above.
For non-winning designs (including finalists who did not place and all other submissions):
• ONWIZE is under no obligation to produce, publish, or use these designs.
• ONWIZE reserves the right to delete, discard, or permanently destroy such designs.
• No compensation or claim may be made by the Participant regarding these designs.

6. Limitation of Liability
• ONWIZE shall not be held liable for any third-party intellectual property claims arising from submitted designs.
• All legal and financial responsibility arising from such claims rests solely with the Participant.
• ONWIZE is not responsible for similarities between submitted designs and existing works.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• This agreement becomes effective upon submission of the Participant’s application.
• The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Türkiye.

8. Acceptance Statement
By submitting an application to this Open Call, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement and acknowledge that it is legally binding.
